AIGO BS is a company founded in 2007 in Belgrade, Serbia. Today AIGO BS is the market leader in sales of printers, printing consumables, printer maintenance services during and after warranty period and printing consolidation. Furthermore, in the last two years we have shown excellent results in sales of computers and computer equipment.

We have a leading position in working with large enterprises and corporations thanks to partnerships with the most renowned international manufacturers of printers and original printer consumables such as Epson, Xerox, Samsung, Dell, Canon and others.

AIGO BS has service agreements and the status of Xerox Authorized Service Partner and LESP / Lexmark Expert Service Partner. These statuses allows us to provide maintenance services for the complete range of Lexmark and Xerox color laser and mono printers and MFPs. with HP and Lexmark, which enable our customers to regularly and properly maintain their equipment and devices. We are, as well, one of the leaders in HP and Xerox print outsourcing.

Aigo bs is comprised of a successful team of 40 employees and 7 locations in which we operate. The commercial part of the work is performed in the head office in Belgrade and in the branch office in Pančevo, technically well equipped services are located across the country Belgrade, Novi Sad, Kragujevac and Niš, while the warehouse covering 1200 square meters is located in New Belgrade.

In our office and service, all employees are certified and trained dealers who work in Microsoft Dynamics NAV and technicians for brands HP, Xerox and Lexmark.

The company wants to provide a complete service to its customers, which, apart from selling printers, their servicing and toner supply means legal solution to collect, transport and treat waste generated in the process of printing. That is why we obtained the integral permission among the first in Serbia, to collect and transport used toner cartridges, so in cooperation with the companies that have licenses for waste treatment, we enable our customers to turn back their empty cartridges and receive the appropriate documents in accordance with the law.

Our quality and efficiency also confirms implementation of ISO 9001 quality management system, 14001 environmental management system, OHSAS 18001 safety and health management system and ISO 27001:2005 information security management system.

The leading position we have kept for 3 years in Serbia is a result of our working quality, continuous improvement of the company and education of employees, as well as, tracking of new developments in the printing business.
