"KONOBA KOD GOCE I RENATA" is one of the rare fish restaurants in Belgrade located right next to the river Danube.
While spending weekends in their little cottage right next to the river, Renato and his brothers, all fishermen known under the nickname "Danube Penguins" were catching some fish. They'd grill up their catch and gather a crew of fish lovers from their circle of friend to enjoy the delicacies. This was exactly twenty years ago and as time passed this wild corner by the river was transformed into true heaven on earth. Goca would prepare the fish and Renato would catch it. They didn't have enough room at first for everyone who loved Goca's cooking and the homey atmosphere. In time they turned this spot into a true vacation location both for grownups and for their kids who could have fun in their little park by the river.
It wouldn't be exaggerating to call this restaurant a tourist attraction, which Konoba kod Goce i Renata definitely is. Its attractiveness is based on its blend of rustic charm and sophistication, the location itself and the always fresh fish and the ability to experience everything that the river has to offer.
