TRIVUK LTD – is a company that works in trade, production and services seated in Zemun at 35a Vrtlarska street. We began work in late 1995 as a direct successor to the VUK-trade company from Knin which ceased work after the war in Croatia.
Our company works in producing meat products, retail and wholesale trade and exchange office work. We are a prominently family company and we constantly employ up to 50 workers. We internally cover all and any processes required for independent work, from obtaining materials, production, storage, transport, to bookkeeping and accounting. Therefore, our company consists of the following sectors:

Trivuk prosciutto is made in the tradition Dalmatian way of dry salting, pressing and cold smoking, drying and ripening. The meat is obtained exclusively fresh from the butcheries across Serbia. The entire process is a period that lasts at least a year. We have taken our previous experience from our homeland and applied them along with modern criteria of keeping and packaging.
Other dried meat products and smoked bacon (pancetta) are also done using the traditional (natural) method through dry salting, cooling, smoking and drying without any additives. The meat is obtained exclusively fresh from the butcheries across Serbia. The entire process is a period that lasts at least 40 days.
Our trademark products include prosciutto and pancetta made in the traditional Dalmatian way. Our intention is to develop in our production area with recognizable and high quality products in home market and some day on the foreign market as well in accordance with our business ambiance and financial capabilities.
TRIVUK WHOLESALE
We work in wholesale of mixed goods at very affordable prices. We provide transportation using vehicles with cooling chambers. We provide over 50 retail stores in Serbia, the most famous of which include Dis, Idea, Familija and many others. We also provide for numerous restaurants, kitchens...
