VILLA Vertigo offers accommodation services on a daily and monthly basis for tourists, business people, and workers.
Our professional and discreet staff is available 24 hours a day.
The service is based on bed and breakfast at a price of 2360 RSD per person.
Accommodation only, without breakfast, is 1910 RSD per person.
The price includes a residence tax of 160.00 RSD and guest insurance of 20.00 RSD per person.
We provide a day rest service from 9 am to 7 pm at a price of 2100 RSD for two people.
VILA is located on the outskirts of Belgrade, on the road from Niš to Zagreb, 100 m before the exit to Ibarska magistrala.
Distances: from the airport - 20 minutes.
from the city center - 18 minutes.
from the fair - 14 minutes.
There is a possibility of organizing transportation for guests to specific locations in Belgrade and throughout Serbia.
The villa has 77 rooms with a capacity of 220 beds.
The rooms have different structures
- double, triple, and quadruple - family rooms.
Accommodation is paid per person, regardless of the number of beds in a private room.
All rooms are air-conditioned, with private bathrooms, hot water 24 hours a day, and central heating during winter months.
Each room has an LCD TV with cable television.
The entire property is covered with free wireless internet.
The facility is brand new, just opened.
The use of bed linen and towels is free of charge.
Guests have access to an iron and ironing board, hairdryer, bathrobe, and slippers upon request, as well as scanning and printing services for documents and photocopying.
In the villa lobby, there is a café-bar where you can read daily newspapers and magazines while enjoying a cup of coffee or tea or a drink from our wide range of domestic and international alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. The café-bar is open 24 hours, and room service is available.
The villa has a restaurant that offers full-board meals with specialties of the Serbian national cuisine at very affordable prices ranging from 5-7 euros per meal.
VILA has a free and spacious parking lot for cars and buses, which is under video surveillance 24 hours a day.
We welcome organized groups. For every 10 paid persons, one person stays for free.
