Our workshop got its name after the “Angelus” prayer which is said at noon, to the sound of church bells. This prayer “Angelus” started getting practice according to the decree of Pope Callixtus III and in honor of the Christian victory over the Ottoman Empire in the siege of Belgrade in 1456.
Namely the Pope ordered that during the siege by the far superior and numerous Ottoman army, the church bells on every church should ring every day at noon as invitation for the people to pray for the city defenders. The Pope never revoked that order after the battle was won, so to this day the bells sound every day at noon from all Christian churches in the world in honor of this victory.
The workshop deals in producing ceramic decorative items, frotiers, chocolate boxes, mugs, kegs, Christmas stands, ceramic stands for the advent wreath and in agreement with the clients we also make ceramic products per their wish and order.
