Mix aerobics - the aerobic program best for burning fat where we alternate upper and lower body exercises, leg shaping, gluteus and abdominal muscles. It allows for fat degradation and muscle toning for the whole body. It contains cardio boxing, step aerobics, tae bo and pilates elements.
MIX PILATES - a more intensive way of training from classic pilates, good for those who dislike aerobics where there's jumping but still like to work up a sweat. Prices for mix aerobics or mix pilates is 2500rsd (12 terms) or combination of these two for 4000rsd.
Cardio boxing - special way of aerobics inspired by fighting sports. The class consists of three parts: warming up, the main part and relaxing with stretching. Warming up is done like any standard aerobics without large amplitude of movements or hitting hard surfaces.
The price for 12 terms is 2500rsd or you could do a combination of a total body workout and cardio boxing for 3000rsd in 16 terms.
Pilates strengthens your muscles and improves your posture.
TOTAL BODY WORKOUT - a fitness program for those who would like to tone their muscles and get in shape.
PILATES ACTIVE - for those who dislike jumping or running but would still like to get in shape and increase their flexibility. Slightly more intense than regular pilates.

CIRCULAR FAT BURNING TRAINING
In our spacious, air-conditioned and pleasant environment, exercise using hydraulic machines.
The newest training program in the city, the FAT BURNING PROGRAM.
One practice lasts for 30 minutes and allows you to reduce the fat deposits on your belly, arms and legs.

Price for 16 sessions: 3000,00rsd
With constant professional supervision in a newly opened studio located right next to our current one. You can choose your own time to exercise.
If you are not sure what you want to achieve in training or you'd just like a recreational activity, weight loss or working on an injury of back, joint and such, then these ways of training are best for you.
They are adjusted for all ages - 7-77 - and since the trainers are constantly with you there is no fear of injury or irregularity.
The price of training includes:
- movement and breathing control
- working with various props and aides
- controlling your weight loss progress
- proper stretching
- working on a specific bike with an adjustable lean from the renown American manufacturer of exercise machines, especially suited for those suffering joint or back aches
