What is Zumba?
Zumba is the name for dance fitness that follows a Latin-American beat. Around 70% of music we use involve Latin-American beats such as: merengue, salsa, cumbia, reaggeton, rumba, samba, jive, cha-cha-cha, but we also use pop Latin music, tango, flamenco, polka, belly dance music and others. We try to accomodate all members of our groups and their abilities.
Our program is suitable for anyone aged 7-77 both for those who just want to dance and shape a nice figure as well as anyone else. This is the only type of exercise where you won't even realize you're exercising and have fun while breaking a good sweat, spending callories and improve your overall fitness with great cardio.
Our slogan is: "Ditch the workout, join the party!"
While doing all of this you will also get to meet a great crowd and form new friendships. We are also a favorite for kids aged 4-12 for whom we have a special program called Zumba kids.
