1. How and at what point did you come up with the idea to start your own business?
When I lost my job after the bombing, it prompted me to start something of my own.

2. Have you always wanted to be involved in your current business?
Not really, but fate leads you there quite randomly.

3. What are you proud of in your business?
The fact that my colleague and I went from a simple copy shop to a digital printing company.

4. What is the secret of your success? (List three qualities, behaviors, beliefs, or abilities)
Communication with people, positivity, and patience, understanding and listening to others, and of course, honesty above all.

5. How understanding has your environment been, and who has been your biggest support?
People who wanted to help me were looking out for their own gain, making money through me.

6. What is your guiding principle?
I must, I can!

7. Do you have role models who have motivated or continue to motivate you for further work?
I have quirky ideas, my imagination works a lot, and from that imagination, I create various things.

8. What did you have to give up?
Time, just time. Giving up annual leave.

9. What drove you forward, and how did you stay motivated during tough times?
I'm a hyperactive person, self-sufficient, and my daughter has always supported me. Also, when you do something and a client comes and is thrilled, it fuels me and gives me strength and the will to keep doing it. New developments in the business also motivate and stimulate me to keep going.

10. Why is it better for a woman to be an entrepreneur than to work for a company?
After all these years of work, I'd say it's easier to be in a company and tie the horse where the boss tells you, close the company's doors after the workday, and not think about it. But it's definitely much better when you determine how, when, and with whom you'll work, when you make your own decisions. But that requires working every day, all day.

11. What advice would you give to new female entrepreneurs or a younger version of yourself?
Utilize everything you know to the maximum, draw from yourself what you think you don't have. The forgotten drawer in your brain can create a lot. Listen to others only through advice, but listen to yourself the most because what you love and want is your greatest motivation.

12. On a scale of 1-10, how challenging is it to be a female entrepreneur in Serbia?
Without anyone's support, relying solely on knowledge and quality, I've always taken the harder path. Being an entrepreneur is very challenging, 10.
