The tavern “Mali Kalemegdan” is a blend of tradition and the modern in the place where Belgrade was born. It is located in the historical hear of Belgrade on the walls of Kalemegdan fort. The perfect place to enjoy dishes based on traditional cuisine. The interior of the tavern has elements of an old Serbian house and there’s also a beautiful garden with 250 seats with a view of the Kalemegdan park. For all lovers of national cuisine we have the house specialty – Kalemegdan pot (the incredible cevaps for 2, prepared in a special process in an earthen dish), pork ribs on charcoal grill, steak in olive oil and the absolute favorite of all our guests – Kalemegdan plank for two that will satisfy all your senses. Our kitchen chief Dragan Petrovic is there to use his years of experience and turn every meal into magic that will delight even the greatest gourmands. In addition to many house specialties, we also offer a selection of home-produced cheeses and prosciutto as well as an excellent selection of home-brewed ‘rakia’ brandy.
