The interior decoration in our restaurant is enriched with warm wooden tones and unique hand-made details and our exterior – which we’re especially proud of – is nature itself. Our main chef, Nikola Pavlov is the treasure of our kitchen. He’s been with us since our first days until today. A tradition of two decades, a warm, family atmosphere and professionalism that surpasses all expectations even for most demanding guests is what makes Zabar unique.

Turkey with “mlinci” is our house specialty. Juicy turkey fillet combined with gorgonzola cheese and “mlinci”. Our guests have enjoyed this dish since 1998.

For our guests with a more refined taste, we always have a great selection of fresh seafood and fish.
We know that sweets come last as the crowning moment of your meal. It all started when we found the recipe for grandma Dara’s dessert, created personally by an old-school homekeeper. From that moment, this delight has been the small perfection to give the final positive impression to an entire delightful experience at Zabar.
Grandma Dara’s pastry is joined by Mandelberg – crunchy and creamy at once – which is a delightful treat for your taste buds as well.
