For years, I have been providing support to families facing the challenge of caring for their sick relatives.
Trust in the human nature that, despite various interruptions that life and circumstances may bring, one can establish a renewed healthy flow of experience, attracted me to Gestalt Psychotherapy, through which I dedicate myself to self-work.
In addition to relying on the basic principles and techniques of Gestalt Psychotherapy in building relationships with clients, I bring experience from all spheres of life.
In working with clients, I demonstrate directness, aware of my warmth and capacity for understanding.
I have experience working with people facing or having gone through various serious illnesses, with people coping with illness or loss of a loved one, with young people at crucial turning points in their lives. I am particularly inspired by psychotherapeutic work with older people who face many challenges that aging, as a process, but also old age as a stage of life, brings.
I work both in person and online.
