SOT DOO Belgrade is part of the multinational company of the same name operating in Bulgaria, North Macedonia, and Serbia. It employs over 5,000 people and provides security for nearly 50,000 facilities.
The Serbian branch was established in 2006, relying on the founder’s extensive 20 years of experience.
The main idea behind its founding was to provide clients with all security services in one place: from security risk assessment, through the design of protection systems, delivery and installation of equipment, to the actual provision of security services for facilities, people, and business operations.
Respecting the founder’s strict business standards, SOT owns a business building in New Belgrade as well as its own infrastructure for radio communication. In Belgrade, we are the only company that, in addition to standard telephone lines, uses radio communication for alarm signal transmission. This dual system of receiving alarm signals from endangered facilities ensures much faster, more reliable, and safer responses.
SOT has aligned its operations with the Serbian standard in the field of private security services and holds a certification of compliance SRPS A.L2.002:2008 for the following areas:

In addition to standard facility security through permanent physical guards, we have developed a Centralized Security Service with alarm systems and mobile intervention teams (monitoring with response).
This service means that your facility’s alarm system is in constant 24-hour communication with SOT’s monitoring center, where all signals are supervised by our on-duty team.
Every change in your alarm system triggers an immediate response which may include notifying (depending on the situation):

You and any other authorized persons
SOT’s mobile intervention teams are deployed throughout the city, ready to react immediately to any alarm signal, with the goal of:
Preventing threats to the protected facility
Providing protection to people at the location
Preserving and securing evidence until the arrival of the police authorities
We provide installation and maintenance of all technical protection systems, while our intervention team is available 24/7 for repairing alarm systems at the facilities we protect.
