Extended daycare “Nasa Skolica”

Extended daycare “Nasa Skolica” is intended for children aged between 1st and 4th grade of junior school. We are located in a safe and pleasant ambiance in the center of Zemun. Our building is tucked away and sheltered from curious eyes. This is where we spend quality time through games, socialization, fun and homework. 

We encourage children to become independent, to socialize and to develop logical and creative thinking through carefully designed programs. 

Working hours. 

Our working hours are between 7:30AM and 6PM. We take your children to school and then bring them back from school to our place. In the period between 12PM and 1PM, we pick up children from the morning school shift and bring them to Skolica, as well as take the children from our daycare to school. During the Covid-19 pandemic, work plans in Skolica are coordinated with the education organization in schools. 

During that time, children will stay in smaller groups under professional supervision and in the space adjusted for learning will do their homework, study, have English language lessons and do their school reading. After they finish their schoolwork, they can relax and play in our specially furnished space for games and entertainment. They will develop their social, emotional, intellectual and physical growth. Seeing how we understand the children’s need for physical activity, we take children on walks and for playtime on grassy surfaces every day. Our School also has a yard where the children can socialize, play and learn out in the open. 

With our work, we’d like to release parents from their obligations towards school so they can enjoy quality time with their children at home.

We are there for you even during school breaks. 

Skolica offers the parents full day stay for kids where their time will be filled with wonderful activities. By organizing field trips of various kinds, our teachers will continue to guide and teach the kids even during school breaks, discovering their talents, encouraging their creativity, helping them to get work habits, teaching them about discipline and obligations. All of this of course in a cheerful atmosphere with lots of singing where every child’s needs comes first.
