Vila Dvor Private Retirement Home
Vila Dvor is a newly built retirement home located just a few kilometers from the center of Belgrade, specifically designed for elderly care. The retirement home is situated in a peaceful area of Belgrade, between Dedinje, Banjica, and Stari Košutnjak. Our facility accommodates up to 40 residents and offers spacious, well-lit apartments and multi-bed rooms with large terraces, providing maximum comfort for our residents.
Facilities and Accessibility
Vila Dvor features an elevator for easier mobility for residents with mobility issues. The home is surrounded by a large garden with two pavilions where residents can spend time outdoors when weather permits, and where visitors can meet with friends and family.
Staff
Certified medical staff and caregivers at Vila Dvor provide daily care for the residents. A doctor visits the home twice a week to conduct medical check-ups and oversee residents who require additional medical attention. The staff assist residents with daily activities, nutrition, personal hygiene, and administering regular medications.
Nutrition
Meals at Vila Dvor are based on three main meals: breakfast, lunch, and dinner, along with two snacks which may include seasonal fruit or a pastry. In consultation with a nutritionist, a menu is planned to ensure a balanced diet appropriate to the residents' age and needs. Special dietary needs for those with medical conditions are accommodated with tailored meal preparations.
Social Life
A social worker oversees the daily activities of the residents, ensuring their well-being and mental health. The social worker organizes daily activities, social games, TV watching, celebrations, and other events within the home. This helps residents engage in social interactions and build relationships, making their stay as pleasant as possible.
