The company was founded in 1965. The founder was Master Milorad Crnobrnja, one of the best craftsmen educated by the then most renowned trade school, the GSP school. His knowledge in metalworking was almost absolute. On a lathe, as the most universal machine tool, he could do what today's craftsmen from so-called targeted education need several machines to achieve.

We, who had the honor and fortune to learn the secrets of this trade from him, along with dozens of his apprentices who later became top craftsmen, actually hold a kind of barrier against the global economy in individual production, because the highly serial production of everything has led to a disturbance in the human-quality relationship, which inevitably led to a wider crisis whose consequences are yet to be felt by everyone.

In addition to top craftsmen, engineers, and other expert associates, the company has a significantly large machine park, which can meet any technological requirement from our field at any moment.

Of the most significant professional recognitions over time, we would highlight three:

1984 - the company received the QUALITY ASSURANCE CERTIFICATE No: 12/68 from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, University of Belgrade, for the production of piston rings.

2002 - from "JUGOREGISTER" we received a CONFIRMATION OF RECOGNITION No: 40-090181

2002 - from V.J. we received the Quality Resolution No: 118-18 with permission for the adoption of our spare parts into armament and military equipment. This resolution is a quality acknowledgment for the production of pistons and rings for the PIELSTICK 15 PA marine engine which has 3,300 HP.

As well as the Quality Confirmation Resolution of the Navy of the Army of Serbia and Montenegro.
