Pastry shops may be on the wane in modern times, but pastry shops in Belgrade have continued to be a sweet habit and a place for rest for all Belgraders. Patisserie shops are places that many of us remember from childhood as an occasion for ice cream, creamy cakes or sweet lemonade that we didn't often have the opportunity to try.
