Located on Vidikovački venac, Miris Zavičaja is a restaurant created for everyone who enjoys good homemade food, a pleasant atmosphere, and flavors that bring back memories of times gone by.

The restaurant’s beautiful garden, filled with flowers and greenery, adds a special charm, while the interior is decorated in a traditional style, with carefully selected details that preserve the warmth and charm of old homes and traditional Serbian taverns.

TRADITION YOU CAN TASTE IN EVERY BITE

The cuisine at Miris Zavičaja is based on traditional recipes and dishes prepared in a way that preserves their authentic flavor.

Among the specialties, particular highlights include veal baked under a sač, smoked pork knuckle baked under a sač, and ribs baked under a sač, all prepared slowly, with the care and patience that authentic homemade cuisine requires.

The menu also features authentic specialties inspired by traditional cuisine and flavors from different regions: Zlatibor Opanak, Pirot Uštipci, Hajdučka Vešalica, Šumadija-style Stuffed Fillet, Djedovi Ćevapi, and smoked pork knuckle with mlinci.

The selection is complemented by homemade soups, a variety of salads, fish specialties, and other carefully prepared dishes.

To finish your meal, there are homemade cakes prepared in-house according to old traditional recipes, along with a wide selection of local wines and rakija, as well as beer, soft drinks, coffee, and other beverages.

On Friday evenings, Miris Zavičaja takes on a special atmosphere with traditional old-town music, good food, and socializing in the true spirit of a Serbian kafana.
