WinFit studio was intended exclusively for individual training in smaller groups (maximum three people).
Individual trainings are done for recreation purposes, reduction in body mass and athletic preparation where we utilize different knowledge and skills to improve the overall health of individuals.
In our training we apply muscle contractions with the intent of improving the inter-muscle and muscle body coordination. There are also various kinds of stretching of the body musculature for the purpose of recovery and preparation for the next training.
