Your dedicated doctor!

Dr Mirko Djordjevic has obtained his master’s degree in acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine at the prestigious and accredited Yo San University in L.A. California.

Dr Mirko Djordjevic was born in Skoplje and has graduated from the Medical university in Pristina, specializing in athletic medicine in the Medical university in Belgrade.

With his knowledge, work and ideas, as well as an unquenchable thirst for new knowledge, Dr Mirko Djordjevic has formed a fully unique and complementary method of treatment.

In his innovative approach he brings together the knowledge and methods of western medicine with the knowledge and methods of traditional eastern (Chinese) medicine.

Western medicine has extremely efficient means of solving urgent conditions and advanced diagnostics, while ACUPUNCTURE and traditional Chinese medicine offer highly sophisticated ways to advance overall health and regain the energy flow balance and the function of the entire organism. This complementary method results in optimum balance adjusted to each individual patient for a timely and comprehensive treatment as well as forming a connection between the modern man and nature with full adjustment to the individual needs of every client.

Acupuncture treatment must be preceded by mandatory complete diagnostics using the principles of traditional medicine and based on an insight given by your overall medical findings. Following the effects and results of the treatment and keeping a detailed account of your condition allows the doctor to precisely determine the degree of your overall progress and modifies the best combination of acupuncture points for a successful overall treatment.

It is important to mention his psychological work in improving the clients’ motivation and success. One of the novelties in our region is psychological acupuncture – the combination of psychological counseling and acupuncture which yields extremely good results in a relatively short time with people from all parts of life – business people, adolescents, teenagers...

What used to require months of conversation to work through is now resolved in weeks.

In terms of athletic medicine and sports, Mirko Djordjevic is a sports doctor and a parachute jumper, an active athlete and a trainer with years of experience working in the Aviation Medical Institute as well as in the 63rd parachute brigade where he led the elite parachute jumper training, worked on their motivation and group moral as well as improving the group’s cohesion and their system of values.
