The building was built by the architect Bogdan Nestorović who won the competition conducted in 1937, with the purpose to serve as an administrative building for PRIZAD (privileged export joint stock company). The building is classified by the characteristics of the anthology examples of late modern architecture interwar Belgrade and is situated on a plot of three streets. This location is deserving of a circular base and distinctive appearance. Since the 60s of the twentieth century, residing here is the seat of tje Telegraphic Agency of New Yugoslavia ( Reuters).
