Pizzagram is a unique concept in our city where in addition to the thin and round pizzas we know, we offer sliced pizza “alla Romana”, or Roman-style pizza. They come in authentic rectangular shapes and have a thicker structure which is notably light and puffy. They are prepared using a specific method – the dough is baked several times, the last of which is in front of you so that the pizza is always piping hot. We offer between 12-14 different flavors.
The classical version which is round and thin and about 32cm in diameter is made to order and ready to go in between 7-8 minutes. The dough has been matured which is key to making the pizza a light and easily digestible meal.
