Gestalt psychotherapy is a deeply integrative form of therapy that sees a human as a whole of the body, cognition and emotions, a person responsible for their choices and actions when it comes to satisfying their needs. A healthy person is in touch with themselves and their surroundings.

The power of gestalt psychotherapy can be seen in that it can be applied both in individual and group work, which is equally successful helping couples and families, working with younger age children and adolescents, treating neurosis, phobias, anxiety, depression, treating addiction etc.

Gestalt psychotherapy will allow you to grow as a person and apply methods and techniques unique in psychotherapy. Through personal work you will take control of your life and gain an insight in how you are disrupting yourself, which mechanisms you have that stop your growth and development. By getting to know yourself, you will learn to set healthy boundaries in your life.

You will learn to be in touch with yourself, your corporal ‘I’, your emotional ‘I’ and your cognitive ‘I’. By staying in full contact with yourself and accepting yourself for how you are and not for what you want to be, you will be happy and satisfied.
