Perfectly preserved is a complete block of buildings, characteristic for the architecture and town planning of the 70s of 19th century. These houses were built for residential purposes at the same time when the first buildings were being constructed in the then new street by Emiliano Joksimivic’s plan from 1867. Today, these buildings are a significant part of a shopping center in Knez Mihailova and monument of the time of its emergence in the construction of the old town.
