We will take you on a trip through time and space, through centuries of tradition and broad expanses of Manchuria and the Korean peninsula - are you ready? It all started a few years ago, when I first tasted my wife Megi’s (Mei Ling) cooking and I knew she was the ‘one’. Chinese and Korean cuisine had never left a lasting impression on me before, but what she cooked for me redefined my entire concept and understanding of Asian cuisine and of enjoying food in general. Tasting one meal at a time and learning about various specialties, I kept saying after every meal “Our people have to try this, our people have to try this…”  And so after my great and selfless “sacrifice” in tasting all those delicious flavors, we created a narrow list of dishes...
