When I was sure that I had gained knowledge, routine.
2. Have you always wanted to be involved in your current line of work?
Yes. Also, my second love was psychology, which I apply through this job.

Satisfied customers.
4. What is the secret to your success? (List three qualities, behaviors, beliefs, or abilities)
Perseverance.
5. How supportive has your environment been, and who has been your biggest support?
My mother, because when I was in doubt, she understood me best and saw my talent and that I would please women. She believed in me and gave me her full support to practice. 😊
6. Do you have role models who have motivated or motivate you to continue working?
I didn't have role models, but I love seeing satisfaction on the faces of my customers. It's even more rewarding when they tell me they feel comfortable in my salon, like at home.
7. What have you had to sacrifice?
Time with my child at the beginning, but later I compensated for everything with other things.
8. What has driven you forward, and how did you motivate yourself during tough times?
I've always lived by the word that everything is temporary, it will pass, good and bad alternate. My husband plays the role of the greatest support during those moments.
9. Why is it better for a woman to be an entrepreneur than to be employed in a company?
You organize both your work and time yourself. I travel a lot almost every month and manage everything on my own.
10. What advice would you give to new female entrepreneurs or a younger version of yourself?
Just don't be afraid; they can achieve everything they want with persistence.
11. On a scale of 1-10, how challenging is it to be a female entrepreneur in Serbia?
It is very challenging, 10.
