FOOT Sports Club is located at an approachable location in Autokomanda, across from the stadium Marakana. It stretches over two levels and consists of a closed balloon for football, training rooms, saunas, massage rooms, as part of a cafe bar from which you can monitor what is happening on the ground.
The club offers several types of recreational programs:
POWER PLATE - Individual training of 30min. Water professor of physical education and sport.
PILATES - group training which is based on a practiced, stretching, corrections and body shaping.
MIX AEROBICS - group training based on medium intensity aerobic exercise, strength exercises and endurance.
