We began work in 2007 under the name Tokyo and today after many years of experience and led by a chef who was certified in Japan, we are proud to say that we are the initiators of a new era in sushi. What our sushi prepares for you is something new, a new way to prepare sushi - a blend of the East and West, mixing multiple flavors while remaining fateful to the Japanese tradition.
