Our top priority is making sure your dog looks and feels fantastic, so during the first session, we do not charge extra for: detangling, treating dogs with fleas, or handling aggressive dogs. Together with you, we decide which treatment or hairstyle is best suited for your dog, for easier maintenance at home. We also groom cats, but if a cat is too reactive or aggressive, we complete as much of the treatment as possible and recommend anesthesia for the next visit. We accept dogs in pairs, so two can come together. Non-aggressive dogs can be dropped off in the morning or during the day and picked up in the evening, but please inform us when scheduling an appointment.
