How did we start?
It’s a long story, but woven from dreams, love, and the vision of a completely ordinary family wanting to bring to life the spirit of the incomparable lifestyle culture of that beautiful country which is a role model in so many ways, especially in the magic called PIZZA!
We started from the basics, one might say... and on that, we all agreed. We would make real Italian pizza, and that means only one thing… a real Italian wood-fired oven. Domenico helped us with that.
For Domenico, this was a particularly interesting and mutually satisfying experience, because that beauty from Naples is now at the center of our pizzeria in a quiet part of our beautiful Belgrade, on Birčaninova street, and truly draws admiration from everyone who sees it.
Then followed months of experimenting and trying to achieve that perfect dough, which is now what Arlecchino is known for.

We went through all this like first graders, learning as we created, staying up sleepless nights, but united in our mission to do the best for our Arlecchino.
The selection of ingredients is another special story. Again, unanimously decided—there’s no substitute for Italian mozzarella, mortadella, burrata... No compromises.
Since that year 2024, history has been written, and once again it’s been confirmed that only strong desire can break all barriers—and there’s no dam that can stop your determination to be the best at what you do.
