Plaza Bar Event Space (160m²)

We are located on the 7th floor of the VIG Plaza building – one of the most modern “smart” buildings in Belgrade.

Completely renovated to meet the highest global standards, the Event Hall offers ideal conditions for your private celebration, regardless of weather conditions.

The walls of the hall are glass, providing plenty of natural light and views of Ušće, Kalemegdan, Belgrade Waterfront, and Gardoš.

Thanks to the hall's position, guests are especially impressed by the sunset and the cityscape in the evening.

Our professional staff is available to ensure a pleasant experience for all attendees, with top-notch service, food, and beverages.

Our Event Hall has hosted: baby showers, christenings, 18th birthdays, milestone birthdays, weddings, music video shoots, and company New Year’s celebrations.

The furniture in the hall is easily adaptable to the type of celebration, so in terms of ambiance, no two events here have ever been the same.

We organize events for 25 to 130 guests.

Conference

Plaza Bar Conference Room (140m²)

Modern and spacious, the Conference Room is ideal for your business events. Equipped with modern technology and comfortable seating (100 chairs), the room offers the perfect environment for conferences, seminars, workshops, sales presentations, or meetings.

The air-conditioned space provides an ideal temperature regardless of weather conditions. Large windows allow abundant natural light, creating an inspiring setting for productive work. If natural light is not needed, the room is equipped with a state-of-the-art system that allows blinds to be lowered with a single button press, significantly reducing daylight.

In addition to technical presentation equipment (2 projectors, audio system), we provide premium service to ensure the best experience for your guests.

If needed, the room can be divided into smaller rooms using movable walls.

Next to the conference room, on the same floor, is the Plaza Bar, where your guests can relax, take a break during event intermissions, and enjoy premium coffee, food, and refreshing drinks with views of Ušće, Kalemegdan, Belgrade Waterfront, and Gardoš.
