Fitness Center OAZA offers all lovers of an active lifestyle carefully and precisely designed programs that turn working out into true enjoyment. In the modern and well-equipped space of our center, located behind the College of Vocational Studies and the Zvezdara municipality office, everyone can find something for themselves – a gym with a cardio program, group activities, personal and guided training sessions with professional trainers, and massage therapy.

The spacious and well-ventilated area provides optimal training conditions both in summer and winter, regardless of the number of people exercising in the room. Group training sessions are the best way to perfectly shape your body, as they involve working all muscle groups. Within the OAZA fitness center, there is also a modern 50 m² hall where you can enjoy numerous group workouts:

OAZA Fitness Center also offers the possibility of organizing individual training sessions with a trainer, ensuring the maximum effectiveness of the workout. The main advantage of personal training is the correct and safe execution of exercises, which reduces the risk of injury. Each participant trains according to an individually planned training program, with the possibility of monitoring personal progress using anthropometric data.
Guided training sessions also involve working with a trainer, but in a group of up to four participants, allowing you to train in a chosen social setting. Group workouts are always more fun, and the trainer dedicates equal attention to all participants while following an individual program. It has been observed that people participating in group-individual training attend more regularly, achieve faster results, and enjoy exercising throughout the year.
