At the end of 2021, the idea came to us out of the blue to open the first place in town exclusively dedicated to turkey specialties, and our restaurant introduced its concept to Belgrade in February 2022. We use a single type of meat, turkey fillet, and prepare it in various ways. Everything is served in homemade flatbreads made right on the spot, using Italian flour and yeast, following a special recipe. We serve breakfast, salads, soups, cooked dishes, and our specialties are the turkey goulash in flatbread and pulled turkey. Occasionally, we also serve delicacies from Serbian traditional cuisine because Chef Nesa used to prepare food for Spanish kings, George Bush, Helmut Kohl, and many other world leaders.
