Our menu showcases a strong Mediterranean identity, with an emphasis on sea fish and seafood, accompanied by healthy and carefully selected sides. In short:

We grill or bake fillets of sea fish (such as sea bass, dorade, dentex, and cod), as well as skate wings or shark steaks. Grilled meals come with three side dishes: grilled vegetables, Swiss chard with potatoes (known as Dalmatian garnish), and a third side that changes periodically: vegetable couscous, grilled polenta, or rice with vegetables. If you choose fish (fillets or steaks) from the oven, you’ll receive a dish with baked vegetables, potatoes, rosemary, white wine, and butter. All sides are seasonal and may vary based on current availability.

Our offerings also include a wide selection of seafood—mussels, shrimp, clams, and scallops—prepared in various ways, including risottos, pastas, and stews.

Deliveries are handled by couriers who are permanently employed by our company, ensuring the entire process, from production to delivery, is controlled.
