• Sports and recreation center and martial arts club "Integral" has existed for over 20 years. During that time we have operated from several locations. We would organize practice in almost all parts of the city. During that time we changed and adapted space seeking optimal conditions, but what we never changed was our starting idea - which was to find and create the space in which everyone would feel comfortable and where we would nurture sportsmanship and good training habits. We have been in our current location for over 10 years. We haven't changed our motivation which is continuous development while nurturing tested values in a profession without any bounds.
