Determined to use the knowledge and experience gained in Belgrade’s most famous restaurants in the best possible way, Radivoje Djuric opened the restaurant Tara in Zrenjanin road, which was not considered an attractive location at the time. He managed to turn his vision of hospitality work into reality by making Tara restaurant the representative object it is today.
From the opening day of the restaurant, our focus has been on the guests and answering all their requests and desires. Thanks to our good selection of staff, we’ve created a team which follows the fashion trends, but also sticks to tradition and authenticity of our region, widely known for its hospitality.
Even after quarter of a century, Djuric family continues the tradition and follows the vision set by Radivoje Djuric. We are proud of our ever increasing number of guests who have made us an integral part of their lives.
After 25 years of work, Tara today boasts a capacity of three separated halls and a summer garden which can all seat over 250 guests. We also have 34 accommodations units and a professional staff that can answer the requests of even the most demanding guests. In our restaurant, the guests mark important events both in private and business life.
Following modern trends, we return to our roots and therefore our restaurant serves products from our own production such as: ‘ajvar’ spread, winter preserves, juice, smoked delicatessen meats and so on.
