VIBE Fitness & Dance offers a wide range of fitness programs. We offer a personal and guided training, Power Plate and group programs: Zumba, Pilates, Mix Aerobics, Yoga, corrective exercises, Pro Combat, ballet, Latin and Belly Dance, Hip Hop, Reggaeton and Salsa, and much more.
There are also special programs such as Yoga for pregnant women and special programs workout in the gym, which are also designed for pregnant women. In addition to the above, the VIBE Fitness & Dance Center is possible to get nutritional advice and, accordingly, making the overall nutritional program that is tailored to the individual needs of each practitioner.
