1. How and at what moment did you come up with the idea to start your own business?
A change of country and place of residence is the reason why I started my own business.
2. Have you always wanted to work in your current field?
I worked in a different profession, but I had a strong desire to work in this field.
3. What are you proud of in your business?
I started during a time of war and bombings when many were closing their businesses. However, I opened mine, convinced that I would succeed, and I have been working successfully to this day.
4. What is the secret of your success? (List three qualities, behaviors, beliefs, or abilities)
Above all, it's the patients, and of course, quality and knowledge.
5. How understanding has your surroundings been, and who has been your biggest support?
They have been very understanding, primarily my family.
6. What is your guiding motto or sentence?
I am satisfied with the success of my work, which I see through my patients.
7. Do you have role models that have motivated or continue to motivate you for further work?
The support of my family.
8. What have you had to give up?
Time. Working with patients requires a lot of effort, time, and sacrificing some personal matters.
9. What has driven you forward and how do you motivate yourself when tough times come?
The beginning was extremely tough, but once I overcame it, I can handle anything.
10. Why is it better for a woman to be an entrepreneur rather than employed in a company?
It's individual; it depends on the lifestyle one wants to lead. Being an entrepreneur means working 24 hours a day, year-round.
11. What advice would you give to new female entrepreneurs or a younger version of yourself?
Just start!
12. On a scale of 1 to 10, how challenging is it to be a female entrepreneur in Serbia?
I don't see a difference between a woman and a man in my profession.
13. Where exactly do you see yourself in 5 years?
I have many plans. From a single practice, I have grown into a polyclinic, and we plan to continue expanding.
