Confectionery shop “Suma” is a small workshop making home-baked pastries, sweets and juice. We use locally-grown ingredients for our products, wild fruits, spices and herbs that grow freely in nature.
At 22a Simina street in Skadarlija, you can have a coffee and try our delicious pastries made with wild raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, acorn flour pastries, try our wild blueberry wine or a cold elder tree juice with wild lemon balm. These ingredients are combined with high quality Callebaut chocolate, while sugar is used minimally and substituted whenever possible. Pastries are made on the spot and served on hand-made ceramic dishes, in our establishment or the garden that always has a pleasant breeze.
