• Around 8 years ago the idea was born to create something unique in the city and we were guided by years of experience in butcher and hospitality industry...we started a family business which started with symbolic production for snacking over beer and later it became a serious, professional story. Our main activity involves producing national specialties made out of greaves. We specialize in serving anyone who would like to try hot, fresh greaves and other specialties that used to be available only after slaughtering pigs in the countryside.
